Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in dem Hotel verbracht, der Service war sehr gut und wir werden wieder kommen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat einen guten Start in den Tag bereitet. Abends konnte man im Restaurant noch leckeres Bier und aperol Spritz trinken.

Goed hotel, centraal gelegen, grote kamer en een goed ontbijt voor een nette prijs. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen in de receptie. Bij parking in de garage moet je auto niet te groot zijn want je zet hem in een soort lift. Die van mij paste er maar net in 😀

Wir bezogen ein sehr komfortables Zimmer auf der Strandseite. Grosser Raum, schöne Sitzecke. Das Zimmer war ruhig, wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Die Tiefgarage eine kleine Katastrophe.

Very nice hotel and very good location. Nice, friendly staff. Excellent service, fantastic breakfast even shortly after the power outage in Binz. Everything ready on time. Highly recommended. The fish restaurant is great and there is nothing to complain about here either.

platsen och standarden var det inget fel på men att personen vi checkade in för talade inte engelska vilket var en stor brist när man ville fråga om saker. Det fans personal däremellan som pratade engelska men inte just då. På samma sätt var det när vi checkade ut och ville fråga varför det var så olika pris på våra rum. Vi var tre familjer som bodde samtidigt och hade då lite olika kategorier på rummen som visade sig vara helt identiska och med samma begränsade havsutsikt. ändå skiljde det 30 EUR i pris per natt. Varför?

I am writing to express my concern about the language proficiency of the hotel staff during my recent stay at Strandhotel Binz. I encountered significant difficulties due to the lack of English-speaking staff members, especially at the front desk. The inability to communicate effectively with the hotel staff hindered my overall experience and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Upon check-in, I had difficulty conveying my room preferences and confirming the reservation details due to the limited English proficiency of the front desk staff. On a couple of occasions, I asked the reception for assistance with local directions and recommendations. They didn’t recommend much and unfortunately, the language barrier made it extremely challenging to convey my requirements and understand their suggestions. During breakfast at the hotel restaurant, I struggled to communicate my dietary restrictions to the waitstaff. Effective communication is a vital aspect of the hospitality industry, and it can significantly impact a guest's overall satisfaction with their stay. The hotel should inform its customers about the language problem before booking.
